Written to be read, not skimmed past. This page explains what information mjmgrowthpartners.com handles, what it deliberately doesn't, and how to reach a human when you want something changed.

The short version

We ask for a few business details when you contact us, and we use them for one purpose: to reply and, if it makes sense, to work together. We don't sell your information, we don't run advertising or analytics scripts on this site, and we don't build profiles about you behind your back.

  • We collect only what you type into the inquiry form or send us by email.
  • That form opens your own email app — the details are not stored in a database on our servers.
  • This site loads no advertising, analytics, or social-tracking pixels.
  • You can ask us to delete anything you've sent us, at any time.

Who we are

MJM Growth Partners ("MJM", "we", "us") is a growth marketing studio. We build brand storytelling, video production, paid media, and AI integration systems for established businesses. This policy covers the website mjmgrowthpartners.com and the correspondence that comes out of it.

It does not cover third-party sites we link to, or client websites we build and hand over — those have their own operators and their own policies.

What we collect

We only ever receive information you choose to send us. There are two routes: the inquiry form on our home page, and direct email.

If you submit the inquiry form

DetailWhy we ask
Name, role, work emailSo we know who to reply to.
Company name and websiteSo we can look you up before the call.
Industry, company sizeSo the point of view we send is relevant.
Revenue and budget rangeSo we don't pitch a plan you'd never fund.
Timeline and areas of interestSo we can scope the right starting point.
Your messageContext on what you're trying to move.

If we work together

Proposals, contracts, invoices, ad-account credentials, brand assets, and meeting notes. Anything needed to deliver the engagement and get paid for it.

What we don't collect

No payment card numbers on this site, no government identifiers, no precise location data, no health or other sensitive data. Please don't send it.

How we use it

  • To reply

Answer your inquiry, schedule a call, and follow up.

  • To prepare

Review your market and assets before we talk, so the conversation is useful.

  • To deliver

Run the campaigns, produce the content, and report on results.

  • To administer

Send contracts and invoices, and keep records for accounting.

  • To improve the work

Note what's landing and what isn't, at an account level.

We don't use your information to train AI models, and we don't make automated decisions about you.

How the inquiry form works

This one's worth spelling out, because it's the reason there's no long list of data processors below.

When you press Submit, this site assembles your answers into a pre-filled email and hands it to your own email application. Nothing is written to a database on our servers, and no copy is retained on the page once you navigate away. The message then travels through your email provider to matt@mjmgrowthpartners.com.

The practical consequence: if your email app is not configured, the draft may not open. In that case, email us directly at matt@mjmgrowthpartners.com and we'll take it from there. It also means your details sit with your email provider under their policy, not ours.

Cookies & tracking

mjmgrowthpartners.com sets no first-party cookies for tracking, and loads no third-party analytics, advertising, or conversion pixels. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.

The exception is media. Some pages embed films hosted on YouTube and Vimeo. Those players are configured to limit tracking, but if you press play, the host can set its own cookies and see that you loaded the video. If you're on a shared or managed machine, treat that as the one thing worth knowing before you watch.

Our hosting provider records standard technical logs — IP address, request, user agent, timestamp — used to keep the site up and to spot abuse. We don't control or monetize those.

Third-party services

A small set of tools support the business. Each is a processor acting on our instructions, not an owner of your data.

CategoryRole
Website hostingServes the site; keeps technical logs.
Email deliverySends and receives correspondence.
Video platformsHosts and streams our film reels.
Accounting & paymentsIssues invoices and records payment.
Advertising platformsOnly where you give us access to run campaigns for your own account.

How long we keep it

Inquiries we never hear back on are deleted within twelve months. Active client records stay for the life of the engagement. After that, we keep only what we're obliged to keep — tax and contract records, typically for seven years — and delete the rest.

Ask us to delete something and we do it, subject to those legal retention duties. We'll confirm when it's done.

Who we share it with

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. That isn't a hedged "we don't sell it yet" — it's the business model. We're paid to build growth systems, not to package lists.

Three narrow exceptions:

  • Service providers who need it to do their job (see above).
  • Your own organisation — a report or dashboard you asked us to produce.
  • Where the law requires it, or to protect our rights in a dispute.

Case studies on this site describe outcomes and name clients with their permission. We don't publish confidential metrics, login credentials, or client customer data.

Your rights

Wherever you live, write to us and we'll act on it. Depending on where you're based, these may include:

Access

A copy of what we hold on you.

Correction

Fix anything inaccurate.

Deletion

Remove it, where retention law allows.

Objection

Stop a use you don't agree with.

Portability

Your data in a portable format.

Withdraw consent

Change your mind, any time.

We respond within 30 days, at no cost. We won't ask for more identity than we genuinely need to find your record. If you're in the EU/UK, you can also escalate to your supervisory authority; in California, the same requests are honored under the CCPA/CPRA, and we don't discriminate against you for making one.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Access to business email and client accounts is limited to the people who need it, protected by strong credentials and two-factor authentication. Nothing on the internet is zero-risk, so we also keep what we hold to a minimum — the least effective breach is one where there was nothing worth stealing.

Children

This site is a B2B service and is not directed at children. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us something, tell us and we'll delete it.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes materially, we'll update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. For anything that affects an active client, we'll also say so directly rather than leaving you to notice.

Contact

Questions, deletions, or just an odd feeling about something on this site — email Matt directly. It's read by a person, not a queue.
